Futures Supplies was founded in 1995 by Mandie Kemp, who paved the way for a successful award winning family business with the aim to deliver the highest service levels in the industry.
Concentrating on her ethos to providing service, quality ,value, reliability, environmentally consideration, innovation and technology to the cleaning industry, she retired in 2017, handing over the reins to her son Marc.
When he’s not working his socks off, Marc’s passions include fast cars and extreme hiking! His desire to become a race driver was overtaken by his love of toilet rolls!
Joining the company in 1998, Marc has been responsible for the smooth running of the company, including finances, the team’s development and budgeting. Promoted to Managing Director in 2014 and taking full control of the company in 2017, Marc makes the magic happen on special projects and in all areas across the business.
Our very own technical and environmental geek, in his spare time you can find Andy cycling along the coast or on epic journeys including the grueling Land’s End to John O’Groats raising money for numerous charities.
Joining Futures Supplies as a Warehouse Assistant in 2001 as a summer job, his capabilities and flare were quickly visible and his role evolved into one with responsibility for the day to day running of the office. A passion for all things environmental he is the company’s ‘Green Champion’ and is responsible for the Quality and Environmental Management Systems.
When Jodie isn’t in the office delivering exceptional customer care, she enjoys spending time in the kitchen baking delicious cakes and making the most of family time with her daughter and partner. A keen animal lover, Jodie also enjoys swimming in her spare time.
Jodie joined Futures Supplies in 2026 as an experienced Customer Service and Sales Assistant. She plays a key role in delivering outstanding customer service to our valued customers while supporting the daily sales and administration requirements along with generally assisting with the day-to-day running of the office.
Hard working John, keen on motor bikes, is a family man who enjoys nothing more than laying back on a sun lounger enjoying a long well-deserved holiday.
An experienced operative John is responsible for the smooth day to day running of the company’s warehouse. Overseeing the running of operations including routing and goods in and out. He is responsible for leading his team to support the broader operational functions across the business. With a hands-on approach and strong attention to detail John helps to deliver exceptional service with care and consistency in line with our company ethos.
Sociable & fun, when Bradley is not doing home works outs, he's following his art passion & enjoys spending time with friends & family.
Joining the business in 2025 as an experienced Warehouse Operative to support the warehouse & transport department, Bradley is responsible for the accurate picking of customer orders, dealing with 'Goods In', routing and for supporting the general day to day running of the warehouse.
Kind-hearted Sunny strives for continuous improvement in all that he does and when he isn’t working his sock off you can find him enjoying time with his family and indulging in his passion to rustle up gourmet meals. Regularly unwinding after work by playing computer games he ensures he keeps fit and active through regularly working out.
Dedicated and driven Sunny is a young enthusiastic warehouse operative who joined the company in 2025. He is responsible for the accurate picking of customer orders, dealing with 'Goods In', supporting the general day to day running of the warehouse and office.
A Crystal Palace football fanatic, Ian enjoys all the trappings that come with supporting a local team and can regularly be found sobbing over the weekend results. When he’s not in football land he enjoys his family time and socilising.
Since 2014 Ian’s experience as a delivery driver has been invaluable to the business. He is responsible for the efficient loading of his vehicle and for deliveries in and around the City and South East of London.
Dan Dan the family man! We love his total dedication to his family and children, a real committed family man. When he’s not behind the wheel you’ll find him kicking a ball with his kids and enjoying sports.
Dan joined the company in 2016 and is an experienced multi-drop driver. He is responsible for carrying out deliveries to North & West London and is known for his expert and efficient vehicle loading
When Stanley isn’t pursuing his love of all things martial arts he is off enjoying as much live entertainment as he can squeeze in to his weekends. Stanley is sociable, customer service driven and an experienced multidrop driver.
Joining the team in 2024 Stan is responsible for the efficient loading of his vehicle and for deliveries to our valuable customers primarily in and around South West London, Surrey, Reading, the South Coast and surrounding areas.
Mouse the Petit Brabacon Griffon can normally be found strutting her stuff in the office, meeting and greeting customers and visitors to the office, behaving as if she is the CEO!
When she’s not acting as the office therapy dog offering herself up for love and affection, you will find her posing for her thousands of fans and followers on Instagram!
