NATIONAL SERVICE EXCELLENCE AWARD FOR SURREY DISTRIBUTOR

Surrey based company, Futures Supplies & Support Services Ltd is celebrating success in the national 1997 Distributor Service Excellence Awards.  The company was awarded for providing ‘Outstanding Service’ to its customers at the prestigious awards dinner at The Belfry Hotel, Warwickshire on Tuesday 9 December.

The awards, sponsored by Kimberly-Clark, Diversey Lever, the Cleaning & Hygiene Supplies Association and Cleaning & Hygiene Today magazine are designed to recognise and promote service excellence by distributors of catering, cleaning and hygiene and safety products.  The awards are a benchmark against which UK distributors can measure the quality of customer service that they provide.

Almost 2,000 customers were interviewed by an independent market research company. Areas covered included customer service, ordering and delivery, product knowledge and training.  To achieve an outstanding accreditation, Futures Supplies performed well above the average of all participants and is literally ‘the best of the best’!
