Providing a clear definition between orders for materials and rechargeables the system ensures the cleaning company never forgets to invoice their client for the rechargeable. The customer administrator can download and monitor monthly spend summary reports, products ordered by site and allow/disallow over budget orders by accepting or rejecting by the click of a button. A copy of the order is generated as confirmation to both the person who places the order and customer administrator.
