3RD YEAR RUNNING FOR FUTURES SUPPLIES AT FM EXPO

Futures Supplies & Support Services Ltd, exhibiting for the third year in a row at FM Expo, is dedicated to providing the best all round package and complete advice and support service in the industry.   And don’t just take its word for it – the company was awarded ‘Outstanding Accreditation’ at the 1997 Distributor Service Excellence Awards.

Futures Supplies, independent distributors of washroom, janitorial and associated products, provide the benefit of ‘one-stop’ purchasing. Mainline washroom dispensers are supplied free on loan and installed by Futures Supplies own trained fitters.

It will source any product its customers need, providing unbiased advise on the best product for the job. Managing Director, Mandie Kemp, ensures the company operates good working practices, which includes running its own fleet of vans to make sure every customer receives the right products at the right time – deliveries are also carried out free of charge and staff are fully trained and motivated giving 100% excellent service.

NATIONAL SERVICE EXCELLENCE AWARD FOR SURREY DISTRIBUTOR

Surrey based company, Futures Supplies & Support Services Ltd is celebrating success in the national 1997 Distributor Service Excellence Awards.  The company was awarded for providing ‘Outstanding Service’ to its customers at the prestigious awards dinner at The Belfry Hotel, Warwickshire on Tuesday 9 December.

The awards, sponsored by Kimberly-Clark, Diversey Lever, the Cleaning & Hygiene Supplies Association and Cleaning & Hygiene Today magazine are designed to recognise and promote service excellence by distributors of catering, cleaning and hygiene and safety products.  The awards are a benchmark against which UK distributors can measure the quality of customer service that they provide.

Almost 2,000 customers were interviewed by an independent market research company. Areas covered included customer service, ordering and delivery, product knowledge and training.  To achieve an outstanding accreditation, Futures Supplies performed well above the average of all participants and is literally ‘the best of the best’!

Futures Supplies has been trading for 3 years and employ 10 staff between the City and Whyteleafe Head Office operation. CERTIFICATION TO ISO 9002

Futures Supplies & Support Services Ltd, the rapidly growing independent distributor of washroom and associated cleaning products has achieved ISO 9002 quality certification at its first attempt.

Originally founded only two years ago as a supplier to City of London based financial and insurance institutions, banks, corporate headquarters and prestigious commercial buildings, the business has since grown to include much of the M25 area and markedly different other types of customers, such as contract cleaning companies and leisure centres.

Managing Director, Mandie Kemp said, “Ensuring the company operates good working practices and offers the best possible quality service and products at the best possible value, is the main driving force behind Futures Supplies’ application for certification.” 

Futures Supplies attended five one day workshops set up by the Croydon Chamber of Commerce in association with Rodwell Associates and endorsed by DNV Quality Assurance, one of the leading certification bodies in the UK.
