Evidence of all aspects of our Environmental Management System was reviewed along with our initiatives in relation to energy reduction, waste reduction and community involvement.

Recognising our continued commitment to our environmental project, Envibe has awarded us with a ‘Silver Envibe Award’ to add to our ‘Bronze Envibe Award’.
We hope that this award endorses the fact that through our environmental policy and management system we are illustrating to our customers that we are forward thinking and that our commitment to the environment is measurable, auditable and sustainable.
The Cleaning & Hygiene Suppliers Association sees raising industry standards as one of its key rolls. Along with the Soft Tissue Standard and Industrial Mop Standard, the CHSA has now launched its accreditation scheme for plastic refuse sacks.
Underpinned by regulations, which include a disciplinary process for non-compliance of member companies, the standard is intended to give customers assurances that they are getting what they pay for.
We are delighted to have been recognised at the recent CHSA Service Excellence Awards Dinner for ‘Outstanding Customer Service Excellence’.
This award is particularly important to us as it is independently carried out across over 2000 randomly selected customers. It provides a valuable insight into how our customers view our business as well as benchmarking our performance against the industry as a whole.
Awarded by our customers, we hope it will illustrate our continued commitment to continually improving our service performance.
We feel strongly about ‘giving something back’ and have become involved in our local Corporate Social Responsibility project. Through our collaboration with ‘The Croydon Commitment’, the aim is to effectively tackle and improve our environmental, social and economic impact on the community.
Futures Supplies in partnership with Croydon’s Social Services ‘Employability Project’ is providing 12-week work placements to young people, many who will have experienced significant disadvantages or disruption and will have recently left care homes.
We are delighted to be providing work experience and an opportunity for these young people to build their confidence and skills whilst overcoming their barriers.
