Believing products should ‘be good and do good’ The Soap Co. is an ethical luxury brand that creates sophisticated body care products to nurture and care for your skin.

With a traditional workshop in the Lake District, the products are handcrafted in the UK by disadvantaged people who are blind and disabled, generating over 10,000 employment days a year.

The Soap Co. take pride in paying attention where it matters, from their award-winning minimalist design to locally sourced bottles and compostable soap wrappers.

All the products are paraben free and are never tested on animals. There is a selection of two luxurious fragrances in the new eco-friendly collection, Geranium & Rhubarb and Wild Nettle & Sage, which are also available as a hand wash or hand lotion.

Vegan, biodegradable and not harmful to aquatic life, the hand and body washes are free from SLS/SLES, PEGs, parabens, triclosan, synthetic colour, DEA, petrochemicals, silicones, EDTA. The hand and body lotions are also free from these nasties, plus mineral oils and TEA and they are enriched with organic cocoa butter and antioxidants to nourish and hydrate your skin.

Thirty Years of Thriving Business for Chequers Contract Services

Futures Supplies would like to congratulate Chequers on their incredible 30-year milestone.

Founded in 1987 by brothers Gary and Paul Jeal and joined by their sister Kate Ward, Chequers has gone from strength to strength over the past three decades. Maintaining family values at its core, the business has recently seen its second generation of family members join and thrive within the business.

We have been delighted to forge a strong partnership with the company over many years and were delighted to be part of their anniversary celebrations in June, held at Crystal Palace Football Club.

The cream of Croydon’s business community came together on 6th October at the Grand Sapphire to celebrate the winners of the Croydon Business Excellence Awards 2016.

The event raised around £10,000 for this year’s chosen charities of the Mayor of Croydon, Councillor Wayne Trakas-Lawlor.

It was hosted by broadcaster and journalist Julia Hartley-Brewer and featured a charity auction presented by Crystal Palace legend John Salako.

Significant regeneration has seen Croydon go from strength to strength with recent reports confirming that the town has the UK’s fastest-growing economy.

Croydon has fast become known as the Silicon Valley of South London with a recorded annual business growth rate of 9.3 per cent, according to a report by accountancy firm UHY Hacker Young.

London Mayor Sadiq Khan was keen to visit recently to hear more about Croydon Council’s multi-million-pound plans including a new cultural quarter.

Mr Khan said: “I think Croydon is a hub for technology, for culture, for development, and it is one of the hidden gems of our great city, and I’m looking forward to Croydon flourishing and thriving.”

ISSA Interclean Amsterdam 2016

Amsterdam3 2016 We were delighted to attend the ISSA/INTERCLEAN show in Amsterdam this year. It was a great opportunity to review new innovations and meet with both customer and supply partners and develop new relationships.

With cleaning products and solutions, inspiring sessions on cutting edge topics and the technology of the future, ISSA/INTERCLEAN Amsterdam is without doubt the go to exhibition for the cleaning industry.

Covering eleven halls and hosting over 800 exhibitors, the exhibition aims to showcase the latest professional cleaning products and solutions along with providing a number of seminars and demonstration zones. Numerous events were hosted throughout the show floor to enrich understanding of technologies and trends that are driving the industry.Amsterdam 2016

Croydon Chamber BBQ

Evans Vanodine Wins Queens Award for Enterprise

The award is in recognition of the company’s outstanding overseas sales growth over the last three years.

Evans exports to seventy-two countries worldwide, with a further ten countries serviced by licensed manufacturing units overseas.  Over the last three years new sales territories have been added, such as New Zealand and South Africa, with the latter noted as being particularly promising.
